Every day at Antonio Mozzarella Factory starts by pasteurizing the raw milk that is delivered to us from the local dairies. We then carefully create the curd that makes our fresh cheeses. This allows us to have complete control of our production and make our all-natural cheeses in the same time-honored tradition of our company's founders.
All our fresh mozzarella, ricotta and specialty cheeses are made with 100% cow's milk. Our goat cheeses are made with 100% goat's milk.
Our entire line of our award-winning fresh cheeses is made to order so you can enjoy its freshness right away. It is available in hand-wrapped pieces, food service and retail containers.
