Smoked Varieties

We do not use any artificial sprays or additives on our cheeses. We prefer to smoke our mozzarella in our facility, in a special smoking room with a carefully selected combination of all-natural woodchips.

Our traditional smoking method imparts a lovely rounded flavor to the cheese and is a fantastic alternative to any recipe calling for fresh mozzarella. Use our smoked cheeses in any of your favorite cheese recipes, or enjoy as part of a cheese plate with a sweet white or mild red.
